Turkey and Bacon Roll
Ingredients
- wholewheat or granary roll
- low fat mayonnaise
- 2 oz thinly sliced turkey
- 1 crisply grilled streaky bacon rasher
- tomato slices and shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Split a wholewheat or granary roll and spread with low fat mayonnaise. On one half of the roll place 2 oz (50 g) thinly sliced turkey and 1 crisply grilled streaky bacon rasher, cut in half.
- Top with tomato slices and shredded lettuce. Cover with other half of roll and press down firmly.
- Wrap closely in non PVC film.
