  • wholewheat or granary roll
  • low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 oz thinly sliced turkey
  • 1 crisply grilled streaky bacon rasher
  • tomato slices and shredded lettuce


  • Split a wholewheat or granary roll and spread with low fat mayonnaise. On one half of the roll place 2 oz (50 g) thinly sliced turkey and 1 crisply grilled streaky bacon rasher, cut in half.
  • Top with tomato slices and shredded lettuce. Cover with other half of roll and press down firmly.
  • Wrap closely in non PVC film.
