Turkey and Bacon
This is a great recipe for turkey breast. It's easy to make, healthy, and tastes delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 streaky bacon rashers
- 2 tsp plain flour
- 4 oz turkey breast strips
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp redcurrant jelly or cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Cut the bacon into short strips. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the bacon for 1 to 2 minutes until beginning to brown. Remove from the heat.
- Season the flour with pepper and dust the turkey with the seasoned flour. Add the oil to the pan with the bacon in and stir-fry the turkey for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through and the bacon is crisp. Use warm or cool and chill until needed.Top with a little redcurrant jelly to serve.
