Tud-Tud Bhata (Kashmiri fried rice)
Ingredients
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin jeera seeds
- 3 Cloves hung
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 3 tbsp Water
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger powder sonth
- 4 Eggs optional
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a deep pan; add cumin seeds and cloves; saute for a few seconds.
- Mix red chilli powder in a few spoons of water and add to the pan. Stir, and then quickly add the cooked rice.
- Mix well and cook on low heat. Mix in salt and ginger powder. When the rice is heated through, transfer to a serving dish.
- Fry the eggs and then garnish the rice with them.
