Spiced Matchstick Potatoes (Alu Lachche)

- potatoes
- salt chilli powder, ground cumin and garam masala
Instructions
- Cut peeled potatoes into matchstick shapes, 4 cm x 2 mm x 2 mm.
- Golden deep fry, drain and season with a mixture of equal quantities of salt, chilli powder, ground cumin and garam masala.
