  • potatoes
  • salt chilli powder, ground cumin and garam masala

Instructions

  • Cut peeled potatoes into matchstick shapes, 4 cm x 2 mm x 2 mm.
  • Golden deep fry, drain and season with a mixture of equal quantities of salt, chilli powder, ground cumin and garam masala.
