Ingredients
 

  • 12 oz cooked pasta shapes
  • 8 oz peeled prawns
  • 8 1/2 oz canned pink salmon drained, flaked
  • 8 spring onions trimmed and sliced

for the dressing:

  • 8 tbsp salad oil
  • 4 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill

to garnish:

  • lime slices dill sprigs

Instructions

  • Place pasta, prawns, salmon and spring onions in a bowl.
  • Thoroughly combine the dressing ingredients and season.
  • Pour over the salad and toss lightly. Garnish with lime slices and dill and serve.
