Sage, Sultana and Apple Stuffing recipe
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz chopped onion
- 4 floz oil
- 2 tsp rubbed sage
- 9 1/2 oz white breadcrumbs
- 2 oz chopped parsley
- 2 oz lightly fried sultanas
- 3 1/2 oz lightly fried diced apple
- seasoning
Instructions
- Sweat 100 g chopped onion in 125 ml oil and add 2 tsp rubbed sage. Mix in 275 g white breadcrumbs, 50 g chopped parsley, 50 g lightly fried sultanas, 100 g lightly fried diced apple and seasoning.
- Serve with roast duck and goose.
