Ingredients
 

  • 3 1/2 oz chopped onion
  • 4 floz oil
  • 2 tsp rubbed sage
  • 9 1/2 oz white breadcrumbs
  • 2 oz chopped parsley
  • 2 oz lightly fried sultanas
  • 3 1/2 oz lightly fried diced apple
  • seasoning

Instructions

  • Sweat 100 g chopped onion in 125 ml oil and add 2 tsp rubbed sage. Mix in 275 g white breadcrumbs, 50 g chopped parsley, 50 g lightly fried sultanas, 100 g lightly fried diced apple and seasoning.
  • Serve with roast duck and goose.
