
Liver and Bacon Kebabs
Ingredients
- 12 oz lambs' liver trimmed
- 6 oz lean back bacon
- 4 oz small button mushrooms
- 2 tbsps polyunsaturated vegetable oil
- 2 oz very fine wholemeal breadcrumb
- 1/2 tsp paprika pepper
- Freshly ground sea salt
Instructions
- Wipe the liver and cut away any coarse tubes.
- Cut the liver into 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes.
- De-rind the bacon and cut each rasher in half lengthways. Roll each bacon strip into small bacon rolls.
- Wipe and trim the mushrooms.
