  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 oz mature Cheddar cheese grated

for the topping

  • 2 oz butter or margarine
  • 4 oz plain flour
  • 2 oz jumbo oats
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • knob of butter
  • dill sprig to garnish
