Grilled Gammon Rashers
Ingredients
- 10 gammon rashers each weighing about 5 1/3 oz
- 4 tbsp oil
- 9 oz Straw Potatoes
- 1 bunch watercress
Instructions
- Brush the grill bars with oil, place the gammon rashers on the hottest part of the grill so that a criss-cross effect is marked on both sides. Move to a heat zone that will continue to cook them for a total of 3 minutes on each side.
- Remove and arrange on an oval dish and garnish with the Straw Potatoes and picked watercress.
