
Fruit Fool
Ingredients
- 8 oz dried apricots soaked overnight
- 10 oz natural yogurt
- 3 tbsps apricot brandy optional
Instructions
- Puree the apricots in a food processor with the yogurt until smooth. Stir in the apricot brandy, if using.
- Spoon into individual glasses and swirl a little more yogurt on the top. Decorate with edible leaves (we used rose petals) and pieces of apricot.
