
Yogurt Fool
Need a quick and easy breakfast, lunch, or dessert recipe? This yogurt fool recipe is rich and creamy and so simple to make.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1/4 pint natural yogurt
- 2 oz soft brown sugar
- 2 oz muesli
- 2 oz chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Whip the cream until it stands in soft peaks.
- Fold in the yogurt and carefully spoon into individual glass dishes.
- Sprinkle generously with the sugar, muesli and walnuts. Chill for about 2 hours.
