  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1/4 pint natural yogurt
  • 2 oz soft brown sugar
  • 2 oz muesli
  • 2 oz chopped walnuts


  • Whip the cream until it stands in soft peaks.
  • Fold in the yogurt and carefully spoon into individual glass dishes.
  • Sprinkle generously with the sugar, muesli and walnuts. Chill for about 2 hours.
