  • 32 floz Milk
  • 1 tsp Yoghurt dahi, for fermentation


  • Boil the milk in a pan and keep aside till lukewarm.
  • Add the starter yoghurt to the milk and mix well. Keep aside to set in a warm place for 6 - 8 hours.
  • Once set, refrigerate to chill. Serve cold as an accompaniment with any meal
