Dahi (Plain yoghurt)
Instructions
- Boil the milk in a pan and keep aside till lukewarm.
- Add the starter yoghurt to the milk and mix well. Keep aside to set in a warm place for 6 - 8 hours.
- Once set, refrigerate to chill. Serve cold as an accompaniment with any meal
