  • 7 oz Yoghurt dahi, strained
  • 12 Green chillies
  • 4 tbsp Mustard sarson oil
  • 1 oz Prepared mustard or kasundi
  • Salt to taste


  • Boil the green chillies and crush them coarsely.
  • Blend all the ingredients together with a hand mixer for 3 - 4 seconds.
  • Store in an airtight jar and keep in a cool, dry place. The chillies will be good for up to 8 - 10 days.
