Dahi Mirch (Crushed green chillies blended in yoghurt)
Ingredients
- 7 oz Yoghurt dahi, strained
- 12 Green chillies
- 4 tbsp Mustard sarson oil
- 1 oz Prepared mustard or kasundi
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the green chillies and crush them coarsely.
- Blend all the ingredients together with a hand mixer for 3 - 4 seconds.
- Store in an airtight jar and keep in a cool, dry place. The chillies will be good for up to 8 - 10 days.
