Boiled Beef, Chicken and Pork with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb diced beef
- 3 1/2 lb diced pork
- 3 1/2 lb diced chicken
- 4 1/2 oz turned carrots
- 4 1/2 oz turned turnips
- 4 1/2 oz turned potatoes
- quarters of cabbage
Instructions
- Boil 1.5 kg diced beef, pork and chicken in water in that order, with 125 g each of turned carrots, turnips and potatoes and quarters of cabbage, also in that order.
- Serve the meats with the vegetables in an earthenware mar-mite moistened with the cooking liquor and garnished with sliced chorizo sausage, accompanied by boiled rice.
