Avocado, Tomato And Grapefruit Salad With Citronette Dressin
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocadoes
- 1 ripe pink grapefruit
- 1 large beef tomato
- 3 1/2 floz citronette dressing
Instructions
- Peel the grapefruit, cut the flesh into dice and place in a large bowl.
- Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice the flesh. Mix with the grapefruit.
- Cut the avocadoes lengthwise in half; remove and discard the stone and place each half cut side uppermost on a plate.
- Fill the hollow generously with the tomato and grapefruit mixture and sprinkle liberally with the citronette dressing.
