  • 4 crushed meringues
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 14 oz canned apricots in natural juice drained and sieved
  • 1 tbsp apricot brandy
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In each of 4 sundae glasses place one meringue and 2 scoops of ice cream.
  • Mix apricot puree with remaining ingredients and spoon over ice cream.
