Italian Spaghetti al Fuoco
Ingredients
- 1.3 lb spaghetti Cooked
- 3 crushed cloves of garlic
- 3 fresh red chillies
- 5 floz olive oil
- 2 crushed cloves of garlic
- 4 1/3 floz olive oil
Instructions
- Lightly fry 3 crushed cloves of garlic and 3 fresh red chillies in 5 floz olive oil.
- Cool, liquidise and retain. Lightly fry 2 crushed cloves of garlic in 4 1/3 floz olive oil, remove the garlic and add the liquidised mixture.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in this sauce and serve very hot.
