Whisky Prawn and Pepper Topping
Ingredients
- 2 large baked potatoes
- 1 lb prawns cooked and peeled
- 4 oz thick cream
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup
- 1 tbsp whisky
- few drops of tabasco sauce
- Pinch salt
- Good grinding black pepper
- 1 tbsp green peas
- 2 tbsp spring onions chopped
- Green part of spring onion for garnish
Instructions
- Mix all the ingedients together and pile on top of the halved baked potatoes.
- Garnish with strips of spring onion and and a few of the prawns.
