Ingredients
 

  • 2 large baked potatoes
  • 1 lb prawns cooked and peeled
  • 4 oz thick cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 1 tbsp whisky
  • few drops of tabasco sauce
  • Pinch salt
  • Good grinding black pepper
  • 1 tbsp green peas
  • 2 tbsp spring onions chopped
  • Green part of spring onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingedients together and pile on top of the halved baked potatoes.
  • Garnish with strips of spring onion and and a few of the prawns.
