  • 1 lb mixed diced vegetables
  • 4 medium eggs hard boiled (cooked)
  • 10 floz cheese sauce ready-made
  • 1 lb potatoes mashed
  • 1 tbsp cheese grated


  • Put the vegetables into a"greased pie dish and arrange the quartered hard boiled eggs on top.
  • Pour over the sauce and cover all with the mashed potato.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese over the potato and bake in the oven Gas mark 5, 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes, until nicely browned.
