  • 2 large baked potatoes
  • 4 oz cooked turkey meat
  • 4 oz cooked ham
  • 1 tbsp green peas
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Rolls of sliced ham for garnish
  • Sprig of Watercress salad cress for garnish


  • Halve the baked potatoes and from each scoop out about 1 tbsp of flesh.
  • Dice the cooked turkey and ham and add to the potato flesh which has been mashed.
  • Stir in the peas and mayonnaise. Season to taste.
  • Pile back into the skins.
  • Garnish with small rolls of sliced ham and watercress.
