Turkey and Ham Topping
Ingredients
- 2 large baked potatoes
- 4 oz cooked turkey meat
- 4 oz cooked ham
- 1 tbsp green peas
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rolls of sliced ham for garnish
- Sprig of Watercress salad cress for garnish
Instructions
- Halve the baked potatoes and from each scoop out about 1 tbsp of flesh.
- Dice the cooked turkey and ham and add to the potato flesh which has been mashed.
- Stir in the peas and mayonnaise. Season to taste.
- Pile back into the skins.
- Garnish with small rolls of sliced ham and watercress.
