Toffee Apple Wedges
This is a fool-proof recipe for toffee apple wedges. This dessert is easy to make and tastes incredible!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 apple peeled, cored and cut into 8 wedges
- 8 cocktail sticks
Instructions
- Heat the sugar in a small frying pan, until it caramelises and becomes runny.
- Arrange the apple wedges onto a plate in a circle and place a cocktail stick into each, so that the cocktail stick faces outwards.
- Drizzle the toffee over the apple wedges, so each is well covered.
- Wait a couple of minutes until the toffee has cooled and then serve.
