Frangipane
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 oz butter
- 4 1/2 oz castor sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 oz soft flour
- 4 1/2 oz ground almonds sieved together
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the beaten eggs.
- Fold in the flour and almonds, using a metal spoon or a scraper, but do not overmix.
