  • 4 cup button mushrooms
  • 1 tsp French mustard
  • scant 1/2 us cup French dressing made with lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives


  • Clean the mushrooms but do not peel them. Cut into thin slices.
  • Add the mustard to the dressing and pour over the mushrooms; toss lightly.
  • Leave the mushrooms to marinate in the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Sprinkle with the chopped chives.
