Raw Mushroom Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cup button mushrooms
- 1 tsp French mustard
- scant 1/2 us cup French dressing made with lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms but do not peel them. Cut into thin slices.
- Add the mustard to the dressing and pour over the mushrooms; toss lightly.
- Leave the mushrooms to marinate in the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Sprinkle with the chopped chives.
