Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 12 juniper berries
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Crush the juniper berries with a pestle and mortar, or with a rolling pin on a board, and put into a bowl. Stir in the oil and mix thoroughly.
- Brush the chops on both sides with the crushed berries and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Lay the chops in a dish and leave at room temperature to marinate for 1 hour.
- Turn the grill onto a medium heat for about 3 minutes before using. Grill the chops on each side for about 7 minutes. Serve immediately.
