  • finely shredded zest of 3 oranges
  • 4 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 4 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tsp chopped tarragon and parsley
  • seasoning


  • Boil the finely shredded zest of 3 oranges in 50 ml raspberry vinegar, add 25 ml orange juice, 50 ml walnut oil, 5 g chopped tarragon and parsley and seasoning.
