
Chicken and Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pint tomato juice
- 1 pint chicken stock
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 2 oz cooked rice
- 8 oz cooked chicken shredded
Instructions
- Bring tomato juice, stock and herbs to the boil. Reduce heat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer for 2 minutes. Season with black pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
