Ingredients
 

  • 1 pint tomato juice
  • 1 pint chicken stock
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 oz cooked rice
  • 8 oz cooked chicken shredded

Instructions

  • Bring tomato juice, stock and herbs to the boil. Reduce heat.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer for 2 minutes. Season with black pepper.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
