Lobster Cocktail (Cocktail de Homard)
Ingredients
- 1.1 lb diced or sliced lobster
- 7 oz shredded lettuce
- 17 floz Cocktail Sauce
- 3 lemons quartered
- 3 to matoes quartered
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Three-quarters fill cocktail glasses with 20 g shredded lettuce.
- Place 2 oz of lobster on top of the lettuce and coat with cocktail sauce.
- Garnish the glasses with quarters of tomato and lemon and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
