Ingredients
 

  • 6 digestive biscuits crushed
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 oz caster sugar
  • grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz quark

to decorate:

  • grated chocolate

Instructions

  • Divide the biscuits between 4 glasses. Blend the remaining ingredients together until smooth.
  • Spoon over the biscuits and chill. Decorate with chocolate just before serving.
