Hot Dog and Sweetcorn Filling
Ingredients
- 2 large baked potatoes
- 4 oz hot dog sausages sliced
- 7 oz can sweetcorn cream style
- salt and good grinding black pepper
- 4 oz strong cheese grated for garnish
Instructions
- Halve the baked potatoes and scoop out the flesh.
- Mash the flesh thoroughly then mix in all ingredients except the grated cheese.
- Pile this mixture into the potato shells and top with the grated cheese.
- Place in a hot oven to heat through and until the cheese has browned on top.
