  • 2 large baked potatoes
  • 4 oz hot dog sausages sliced
  • 7 oz can sweetcorn cream style
  • salt and good grinding black pepper
  • 4 oz strong cheese grated for garnish


  • Halve the baked potatoes and scoop out the flesh.
  • Mash the flesh thoroughly then mix in all ingredients except the grated cheese.
  • Pile this mixture into the potato shells and top with the grated cheese.
  • Place in a hot oven to heat through and until the cheese has browned on top.
