
Golden Honey Fruits
Ingredients
- 2 lb selection of tropical fruit such as pineapple, mango, papaya and banana
- 3 tbsp runny honey
- Greek yogurt to serve
- mixed spice to sprinkle
Instructions
- Cut the fruit into wedges. Place on a foil-lined grill pan, drizzle with the honey and cook under a very hot grill until caramelised, about 5 to 8 minutes.
- Serve with Greek yogurt sprinkled with a little mixed spice. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish and serve.
