Ingredients
 

  • 2 lb selection of tropical fruit such as pineapple, mango, papaya and banana
  • 3 tbsp runny honey
  • Greek yogurt to serve
  • mixed spice to sprinkle

Instructions

  • Cut the fruit into wedges. Place on a foil-lined grill pan, drizzle with the honey and cook under a very hot grill until caramelised, about 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Serve with Greek yogurt sprinkled with a little mixed spice. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish and serve.
