Ingredients
 

  • 3 1/2 oz chopped onion
  • 8 oz chopped mushrooms
  • 2 1/2 floz oil
  • 8 oz chopped chicken livers
  • 2 1/2 floz cream
  • 2 oz chopped basil
  • 3 1/2 oz white breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • seasoning

Instructions

  • Lightly fry 100 g chopped onion and 225 g chopped mushrooms in 75 ml oil; add 225 g chopped chicken livers and fry until firm, then cool.
  • Combine with 75 ml cream, 50 g chopped basil, 100 g white breadcrumbs, 2 eggs and seasoning.
  • Serve with roast game birds.
