Chicken Liver, Mushroom and Basil Stuffing recipe
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz chopped onion
- 8 oz chopped mushrooms
- 2 1/2 floz oil
- 8 oz chopped chicken livers
- 2 1/2 floz cream
- 2 oz chopped basil
- 3 1/2 oz white breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- seasoning
Instructions
- Lightly fry 100 g chopped onion and 225 g chopped mushrooms in 75 ml oil; add 225 g chopped chicken livers and fry until firm, then cool.
- Combine with 75 ml cream, 50 g chopped basil, 100 g white breadcrumbs, 2 eggs and seasoning.
- Serve with roast game birds.
