Vanilla Plombiere
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 oz almonds
- 4 floz double cream heavy cream
Instructions
- Partially freeze the ice cream for 1 hour.
- Chop the almonds, whip the cream until semi-stiff, and add both to the ice cream.
- Continue freezing for 1 1/2 hours.
