  • 1.1 lb Yoghurt dahi, whisked
  • 2 tsp Garlic lasan, crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Yellow chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin jeera powder


  • Mix the garlic with salt. Add to the whisked yoghurt.
  • Reserve a bit of the yellow chilli powder and cumin powder and mix the rest in the yoghurt.
  • Pour into a serving bowl. Sprinkle the reserved powders in a decorative design on the yoghurt.
  • Serve chilled accompanied with biryani.
