Apricot Ice Cream Sundaes
Ingredients
- 4 crushed meringues
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 14 oz canned apricots in natural juice drained and sieved
- 1 tbsp apricot brandy
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In each of 4 sundae glasses place one meringue and 2 scoops of ice cream.
- Mix apricot puree with remaining ingredients and spoon over ice cream.
