Instructions
- Cut off the stalks level with the cup, wash and place on an oiled grilling tray, rounded side down; sprinkle with oil and season with salt.
- Place under a salamander grill to cook for 5 minutes until soft. Serve as a vegetable or as a garnish with grilled meats.
