Ingredients
 

  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 tsp fresh root ginger peeled and grated
  • 10 floz natural yogurt
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsps wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp red chillies
  • 1 small onion finely sliced
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • In a pestle and mortar grind the coriander and cumin seeds. Add the garlic and ginger and pound too paste. Transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
