
Tandoori Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 1 tsp fresh root ginger peeled and grated
- 10 floz natural yogurt
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tbsps wine vinegar
- 1 tsp red chillies
- 1 small onion finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a pestle and mortar grind the coriander and cumin seeds. Add the garlic and ginger and pound too paste. Transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
