Strawberries with Raspberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 lb small strawberries hulled
- 2 lb raspberries hulled
- 4 oz icing sugar sifted
Instructions
- Put the strawberries into a large serving bowl.
- Puree the raspberries in a blender until just smooth and run through a nylon sieve to remove pips.
- Whisk in the icing sugar and pour over the strawberries. Chill well before serving.
