
Spicy Turkey Kebabs
Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey meat
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 pint fresh milk
- 6 oz fromage frais
- endive and wedges of lime to serve
Instructions
- Cube the turkey and thread onto skewers.
- Blend together the peanut butter, spices and milk. Pour over the kebabs and marinade for 2 hours.
- Grill the kebabs basting with marinade.
- Place remaining marinade in a pan, bring to the boil and cook stirring for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the fromage frais, reheat without boiling.
- Serve the kebabs with sauce, endive and wedges of lime.
