Ingredients
 

  • 3 1/3 lb spinach
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 oz ghee
  • 2 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

  • Mix together the cumin, ground coriander and salt.
  • Golden fry the garlic and grated ginger in the ghee, then stir in the mixed spices.
  • Add the picked spinach, moisten with a little water, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
