
Seafood Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 12 oz cooked pasta shapes
- 8 oz peeled prawns
- 8 1/2 oz canned pink salmon drained, flaked
- 8 spring onions trimmed and sliced
for the dressing:
- 8 tbsp salad oil
- 4 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
to garnish:
- lime slices dill sprigs
Instructions
- Place pasta, prawns, salmon and spring onions in a bowl.
- Thoroughly combine the dressing ingredients and season.
- Pour over the salad and toss lightly. Garnish with lime slices and dill and serve.
