Ingredients
- 1/2 pint olive oil
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 oz chopped parsley
- 1 oz chopped basil
- 2 oz chopped capers
- 1 oz chopped anchovy fillets
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper

- Combine 1/2 pint olive oil, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 1 oz each of chopped parsley and basil, 2 oz chopped capers, 1 oz chopped anchovy fillets, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, and seasoning of salt and pepper.
