
Orange Salad (Insalata D'arancia)
Ingredients
- 1 crisp Lettuce shredded
- 2 Oranges peeled, pith removed and separated into segments
- 1 Large tomato thinly sliced
- 1 Tbs Lemon juice
- 1 Tbs Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange the lettuce on a serving plate.
- Put the orange segments and tomato slices in a bowl. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well to blend. Pour over the fruit and toss well to blend.
- Arrange the fruit and dressing mixture over the lettuce and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
