Lombardy Starter (bresaola Antipasto)
Ingredients
- 8 oz Bresaola naturally cured beef, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Lay the Bresaola, slightly overlapping, on a shallow plate.
- Blend the remaining ingredients together and pour over the cured beef.
- Allow to stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
