Ingredients
 

  • 2.2 lb baby marrows
  • 17 floz milk
  • 9 oz flour salt

Instructions

  • Dip the sliced baby marrows in milk, drain well and pass through flour. Shake off surplus flour and deep fry at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • Drain on absorbent paper and lightly season with salt. Serve on a dish paper on a flat dish.
