Ingredients
 

  • 2 Tbs Vegetable oil
  • 1 Garlic clove crushed
  • 1 1/2 lb Chinese cabbage shredded
  • 3 floz Water
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large frying-pan. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and cook for 6 minutes, stirring.
  • Mix the water, soy sauce and flour together to form a smooth paste. Stir in the sugar then stir into the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Serve at once.
