Chow Barg Choy
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs Vegetable oil
- 1 Garlic clove crushed
- 1 1/2 lb Chinese cabbage shredded
- 3 floz Water
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large frying-pan. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and cook for 6 minutes, stirring.
- Mix the water, soy sauce and flour together to form a smooth paste. Stir in the sugar then stir into the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Serve at once.
