  • 4 wholemeal rolls
  • 4 oz cooked chicken skinned, boned and diced
  • 7 oz canned low sugar and salt baked beans
  • 2 oz low fat Cheddar cheese grated


  • Cut the top off each roll. Scoop out the centres and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  • Refill the bread rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at Mark 6 (200°C) 400°F for 10 - 15 minutes until heated through.
