Spicy Groundnuts
Ingredients
- 11 oz Groundnuts moongphalli, with skin
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder to taste
Instructions
- Dry roast the groundnuts first in a wok (kadhai). Heat the oil and fry the groundnuts till they turn light brown. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Serve warm.
