Ingredients
 

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 15 oz cans ravioli in tomato sauce
  • 2 oz Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 oz fresh white breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Fry the onion and garlic in the oil for a few minutes until the onion is soft and transparent. Add the ravioli and heat gently for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving dish, then sprinkle over the Cheddar and breadcrumbs and cook under a hot grill until brown. Serve immediately with a green salad.

  • Spaghetti in tomato sauce or other shapes of canned pasta can be used in this dish.
