
Quick Ravioli Supper
Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 15 oz cans ravioli in tomato sauce
- 2 oz Cheddar cheese grated
- 2 oz fresh white breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Fry the onion and garlic in the oil for a few minutes until the onion is soft and transparent. Add the ravioli and heat gently for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish, then sprinkle over the Cheddar and breadcrumbs and cook under a hot grill until brown. Serve immediately with a green salad.

- Spaghetti in tomato sauce or other shapes of canned pasta can be used in this dish.
