Peach Charlotte (Charlotte Montreuil)
Ingredients
- 3 floz orange jelly
- finger biscuits
- Vanilla Bavarois
- 2 oz peach puree
- 2 1/2 oz diced peaches
- kirsch
Instructions
- Pour 3 floz orange jelly into the bottom of a charlotte mould and allow to set.
- Line the sides of the mould with finger biscuits and fill with Vanilla Bavarois mixed with 2 oz peach puree and 2 1/2 oz diced peaches soaked in kirsch.
- Allow to set, then turn out onto a flat dish and serve.
