Low Fat Coleslaw
Low-fat coleslaw with fresh vegetables, carrots, cabbages and finely chopped fresh chives.
Ingredients
- 8 oz carrots grated coarsely
- 1 red onion sliced thinly
- 12 oz white cabbage shredded finely
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
- 7 oz red cabbage shredded finely
- 5 tablespoons fat free vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Toss together the onion, cabbages, carrots, chives and dressing in a bowl.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator
