  • 8 oz carrots grated coarsely
  • 1 red onion sliced thinly
  • 12 oz white cabbage shredded finely
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 7 oz red cabbage shredded finely
  • 5 tablespoons fat free vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  • Toss together the onion, cabbages, carrots, chives and dressing in a bowl.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator
